Payments can also be accepted by bank transfer or cheque. Please email in advance to make necessary arrangements. All items shown on this site are in stock unless otherwise stated; stock levels are revised daily. If any order is made that exceeds the level of stock, you will be offered an immediate refund or advised on a likely delivery date depending on choice. Email enquiries if you want to check stock levels of any particular item and we should get back to you within a few hours. Customer Service TheTorchSite is an authorised dealer for all the products shown on this site. All items carry a manufaturer's 12 month warranty. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your item on delivery, then a two week returns policy is operated. All Fenix torches will be prior inspected and have new quality Duracell AA / AAA or Tenergy CR123A batteries inserted ready for use before shipping. Shipping Many items are shipped free of charge (includes all Fenix torches). Shipping charges are kept to a minimum. All items will be carefully packaged prior to posting. A set charge of £1.50 is used for orders of up to £25, and orders of £25 and over will be delivered with free post and packaging. Rapid dispatch is a priority; all orders dispatched within one working day of cleared payment (usually within a few hours, including Saturdays). All orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class, orders of value exceeding £25 will be posted by free first class registered post. In all instances proof of postage will be obtained for insurance purposes. Most UK deliveries will arrive within 2 to 3 working days, usually the next working day. Returns Policy To reassure all customers a two weeks returns of receipt of goods policy is used. Please email in advance any item you wish to return so it can be logged and reference number supplied, please include all original packaging, receipt and any accessories included with the sale of the item. Please carefully pack item, and post by recorded delivery to ensure that TheTorchSite receives it. Also include a brief description with the item stating why you are returning it. Your item can then be refunded or exchanged depending on choice. |
